Your Champion

We are over the moon with the enthusiasm shown by the local community and entrants from further afield for our online show. We are also ever grateful to our headline sponsor the Cop-operative Society and to all our section sponsors, without them our venture would not have taken place.

The committee developed a new schedule and website with some trepidation as we were in unknown territory, we have been rewarded by the standard and originality shown in the exhibits, and we hope you have enjoyed looking through them, and perhaps disagreeing with the judges.

Now it is your chance to be involved – – support your favourite Section Champion in the People`s Vote and nominate them for the Wensleydaleshowonline People`s Champion of Champions.

Every vote will be entered into a prize draw – and have the chance of winning a fantastic weekend break (T & C’s apply) kindly donated by another of our wonderful sponsors Aysgarth Luxury Lodges.

It`s really easy –  go onto the website between 9am 29.08.20 to midday 31.08.20 view the Section Champions which have been selected by our team of specialist and celebrity judges,  and vote for your personal favourite to make them Champion of Champions for this year`s unique Wensleydale Show. Will it be from the traditional handicraft, horticulture, cookery, veteran vehicle or livestock sections or will it be a young person`s exhibit or one of our new “on-line novelty” entries which is crowned?

It is up to you – now is your chance, don’t forget to vote!

Watch our website – the Champion of Champions will be announced at 5pm on Monday 31st August and the People`s vote winner of the Aysgarth Lodges prize will be announced then as well.
